What are your shipping charges?
The standard shipping charge for all gift baskets are UPS Ground which is only $9.99. If you want the shipping expiated, we do offer 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping for those options.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders before 12pm can be shipped out the same day. If you order after 12pm the order will be shipped first thing the next business day. We will work as quickly as possible to make sure that our shipping is lightning fast! We offer several different shipping options through UPS, so the delivery time will depend on which one you choose.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Our products are made in the United States and they will be shipped from one of our partner warehouses. Since we have so many products, they could come from anywhere in the country.
Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. You will see several options when you go to checkout for different shipping options. We offer standard ground, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping. Each one is priced differently and you will be able to select one when you are checking out.
What if the items is not in stock when I order?
We only list products that are ready to ship. So you won’t have to worry about getting a notice three days later about something not being in stock. On the rare occasion that something may fall out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or an exchanged out item.
